Anthracite Filter Media

Anthracite Filter Media

Made of high-quality white coal through selection, crushing, and screening. Good appearance gloss, in the shape of polygonal particles, strong compressive and wear resistance, high mechanical strength, stable chemical properties, insoluble in acidic, neutral, and alkaline water, commonly used for double and triple layer filtration.

Features and performance:

Made of high-quality white coal through selection, crushing, and screening. Good appearance gloss, in the shape of polygonal particles, strong compressive and wear resistance, high mechanical strength, stable chemical properties, insoluble in acidic, neutral, and alkaline water, commonly used for double and triple layer filtration.

The anthracite filter material has a good specific surface area, and all indicators meet the standards of the Ministry of Construction(CJ44-1999). Anthracite filter media are specially selected from deep well minerals and have the highest carbon content percentage. Anthracite filter media are manually classified to reduce unrelated minerals and ash content. It is also filtered and rinsed to ensure that it’s suitable for water filtration. Due to its good solid particle retention ability, anthracite can reliably improve the removal ability of suspended particles. In addition, its low uniformity coefficient helps accelerate the flow rate.
